Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Fly Education Bangladesh collects through this website, why, where it is held, who can see it, and how to ask for it back or removed. It describes what the platform actually does. Where something is a decision the agency has still to confirm, it says so rather than filling the gap with a figure.

Who is responsible

Fly Education Bangladesh, an international education consultancy operating from Habiganj, Bangladesh, decides how information submitted through this site is used. This Agreement and this site are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

What the forms on this site collect

The enquiry, file assessment, consultation and partner registration forms collect only what you type into them. That is your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, your email address if you give one, the academic details you choose to enter, and your message. Nothing else about you is gathered from those pages.

What we ask you not to send

Please do not attach certificates, transcripts, a passport or financial documents to any form on this website. When a counsellor needs a document they will tell you which one and how to send it, so personal paperwork does not travel further than it needs to.

Who can see a submission

A submission becomes a record inside Fly Education's own system, and it is visible to the agency's counsellors and admissions staff who handle enquiries. Access is controlled by role, and every view and change is recorded. Submissions are not published anywhere on this site and are not sold.

Consent, and marketing

Each form asks you to confirm that Fly Education may contact you about your own enquiry. Marketing updates are a separate box, unticked by default, and you can ask the office to stop sending them at any time.

The student tools

Where a tool on this site checks an official government or institutional source, it passes only what that source requires in order to answer, and it tells you on the page when it does so. Where a tool cannot give an honest answer for a country, it says so instead of guessing.

Where your information is held

On a private server operated for Fly Education by Hetzner Online GmbH in Nuremberg, Germany. Your information therefore leaves Bangladesh and is stored in the European Union. It is held in a single database that only the agency’s own platform can reach, and it is not shared with other agencies.

How it is protected

Connections to this site are encrypted in transit. Staff passwords are never stored, only an irreversible hash of them. Sign-in uses a session held on the server, so the cookie in your browser cannot be read to reveal your account. Any credential the platform holds for a third-party service is encrypted before it is written down. Documents uploaded during an assessment are stored outside the public web root and can only be fetched through a time-limited link issued to a signed-in member of staff.

Cookies, and what this site does not do

This site sets one cookie, named fly_session, and only after you sign in. It is marked HttpOnly, so scripts cannot read it, and it exists to keep you signed in. There is no advertising cookie, no Google Analytics, no Meta or Facebook pixel, and no third-party tracking script anywhere on this website. Nothing you do here is used to follow you around the internet, and no profile about you is sold or shared for advertising.

Who else processes your information

Only services the agency needs in order to reply to you. Email to students is sent through Brevo, an email provider based in the European Union, which also records whether a message was opened or a link clicked so staff know whether their reply arrived. Text messages are sent through an SMS gateway once the agency appoints one; no gateway is connected at the time of writing. The student tools query official government and institutional sources, passing only what that source needs in order to answer.

How long it is kept

An enquiry or application record is kept for as long as the agency is working with you and afterwards while there is a reason to hold it, such as an ongoing application or a legal obligation. Fly Education has not yet fixed a single retention period, and this page will state it once they do rather than quote a number we invented. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time, and the agency will do so unless it is legally required to keep a particular record.

What you can ask for

A copy of what is held about you, a correction of anything wrong, deletion of your record, or an end to marketing messages. Ask the office and it will be actioned; you do not need to give a reason.
