These terms govern your use of this website and its student tools. By using the site you accept them.

What these terms do not cover

They are not the terms of a consultancy engagement. Fees, what is included, payment and refunds are set out in the written agreement you sign with Fly Education Bangladesh, and that agreement prevails over anything on this website. Nothing here creates a consultancy relationship, and no page on this site quotes a fee. If you are asked to pay on the basis of something you read here, stop and speak to the office first.

This website is information, not a decision

Admission is decided by the university or institution you apply to, and a student visa or residence permit is decided by the immigration authority of that country. Nothing on this site, and no result from any tool on it, is a decision, an offer or a guarantee from either of them, or from Fly Education.

Information changes

Tuition fees, admission requirements, intake dates, financial requirements and visa rules change, sometimes without notice. Fly Education publishes what it has checked, and shows an effective date where a figure has one, but you should confirm anything you are about to act on against the institution's or the authority's own website.

Institutions named on this site

The institutions listed on the study destination pages are examples for students to explore. They are not Fly Education partners. Confirmed partnerships appear only in the University Partnerships section, and only once both Fly Education and the institution have agreed to publish them.

The student tools

The tools on this site read official sources where an official source exists and can be read. Where one does not, the tool says so and points you to the right official page rather than inventing an answer. A tool result reflects what the official source returned at that moment and is not a certification by Fly Education.

Submitting a form

Submitting an enquiry, a file assessment, a consultation request or a partner registration does not create any agreement between you and Fly Education. A counsellor will contact you, and any service is set out separately in writing. A partner registration is subject to review and approval.

Using this site properly

You may read this site, use its tools for your own study plans, and download anything it offers for download. You may not scrape it in bulk, resell its content or data, present it as your own, attempt to reach parts of the platform you have not been given access to, interfere with its operation, or use it to send anyone unsolicited messages. The tools are for individual students, not for commercial bulk lookups.

If you have an account

Students, staff and partners who sign in are responsible for keeping their password to themselves and for what is done with their account. Tell the office straight away if you think someone else has access. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Fly Education may suspend an account that is being used in breach of these terms, or where the agency reasonably suspects it has been compromised.

What belongs to whom

The design, text, tool logic and compiled information on this site belong to Fly Education Bangladesh or to those it licenses them from. Official figures, registers and institutional information remain the property of the authorities that publish them, and this site credits those sources where they require it. Anything you submit stays yours; you give Fly Education permission to use it in order to handle your enquiry or application, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Links to other sites

This site links to government portals, immigration authorities, universities and official registers so you can check things at source. Those sites are not controlled by Fly Education, and their content and their own terms are their responsibility.

Availability, and limits on liability

This site is provided as it is. Fly Education does not promise it will be available without interruption, nor that an official source it queries will be reachable at the moment you ask. To the extent the law allows, Fly Education is not liable for a loss arising from a decision you take on the basis of information on this website without confirming it with the university, the immigration authority or a counsellor first. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the platform grows or as the agency’s practice changes. The version published here is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Fraud and fake agents

Fly Education does not ask for payment through personal accounts or social media, and does not guarantee a visa in exchange for a fee. If someone claims to represent Fly Education and does either, contact the office at flyeducation.bd@gmail.com before paying anything.
