About this programme

The Master of Science in Finance, Data and AI at CEU is a one-year, intensive finance program in Vienna designed for students who want to build a strong foundation in finance while gaining the analytical and technological skills required in today’s evolving financial industry. The program combines key areas of finance—including corporate finance, financial markets, banking, and investment strategies—with data analysis and AI-related methods, preparing graduates for roles where financial decision-making is increasingly supported by data, programming tools, and applied AI. The MS in Finance, Data and AI program can be completed either full-time (in one year) or part-time (in up to two years). Both study modes follow the same curriculum. The difference lies in the study pace: part-time students take fewer courses per semester, allowing them to balance their studies with professional commitments. You will also have the chance to extend your experience and study abroad at one of our partner schools . The MS in Finance, Data and AI is an affiliated program of the CFA Institute, which recognizes that the program’s curriculum covers a significant portion of the knowledge and skills required in the CFA® Program and aligns with globally recognized standards in investment and financial analysis. The Master of Science in Finance, Data and AI at CEU is registered with the New York State Education Department in the United States and accredited by AQ Austria in Austria.
