About this programme
This double degree increases career options across design and property economics fields. The architecture and design degree focuses on sustainable systems and their application in design projects and is supported by the integration of teaching, practice and research. Students learn to create environments with positive impacts on human health, environmental quality, social relationships and urban systems. Upon graduation, students can progress onto a Master of Architecture and gain the required practical experience to become an architect. The property economics program provides details on the role of the numerous property professionals who assess, develop, value, finance and manage all classes of public and private property. It is designed for students who have an interest in the role that property plays in the Australian and international economy and a desire to participate in ensuring that the property industry remains economically and environmentally sustainable and meets the social needs of all members of society.
