About this programme
The Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine (Honours) is a four-year degree that equips you with the knowledge and clinical skills to meet the prescribing competencies required for registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia. You'll graduate prepared for advanced clinical practice, with the skills to safely prescribe and administer scheduled medicines as part of patient care. Guided by experienced podiatrists, you’ll develop practical, patient‑facing skills in diagnosing, treating, and preventing foot and lower limb conditions. You’ll also help prevent related issues such as back and joint pain caused by changes in posture, walking, and running. Specialist clinic areas include sports injuries, biomechanics, paediatrics, surgery, and more.
