This qualification reflects the role of individuals whose work involves the management of a golf based organisation such as a golf club, golf pro shop, or golf based organisation providing golf and member services. Individuals with this qualification will be involved in the management and operations of a golfing based organisation with specific management skills and knowledge including operational functions such as planning, financial budgeting and reporting, and human resources. In addition they will have direct management functions within golfing based events such as golf competitions and tournaments.
