Graduate Diploma Organizational Performance Management

About this programme

Please note that admission to the Graduate Diploma Organizational Performance Management is suspended until further notice. The Telfer School of Management offers two 15-unit Graduate Diplomas, one being the diploma in Organizational Performance Management, the other in Leadership and Management. The diploma in Organizational Performance Management is based on courses which lead to understanding the foundations of organizational performance and how to improve it, based on information-driven decision making. Its design targets those who want to acquire organizational performance management skills, but it is shorter than the MBA. It allows its participants to continue their regular activities while undertaking a graduate program. This diploma is composed solely of courses offered in the MBA, and upon admission to the MBA, students who have successfully completed the diploma can transfer all 15 units to their program. This is also the case for the diploma in Leadership and Management. All 30 units of the two diplomas can be retained within the MBA program. See the section entitled “Program Requirements” for more information. This program is offered on a part-time basis. Students may complete it in three or in six terms. For the most accurate and up to date information on application deadlines, language tests and other admission requirements, please visit the specific requirements webpage. Where a student has already been conferred the Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Management, MBA 5260 and MBA 5265 must be replaced by MBA 6396 .
