Students will learn to use accurate medical terminology in communication with medical staff, patients, and clients, while also supporting healthcare professionals in both patient care coordination and office administration. The program trains graduates to transcribe medical reports, manage electronic health records, and perform computerized OHIP billing and related documentation.
