Korean Doctor of Ministry

About this programme

The Korean Doctor of Ministry (KDMN) program will develop your capacity to serve as an effective leader in your congregation, mission agency or other Christian organizations. The term “global” reflects the rapidly changing realities that influence and shape our cultural contexts, in which simultaneously we live out the Gospel and advance God’s Kingdom. Leadership is a cultural construct, which reflects our own personal culture, our own personalities and experiences, as well as the culture of God’s Kingdom. The interdisciplinary nature of the program is expressed in the schematic: As you explore this interdisciplinary world of Kingdom leadership, intercultural relations, and global leadership, you will develop new understanding about your own vocational leadership and new competence in providing leadership for Kingdom communities serving God in complex cultural realities. > Teaching, reading, assignments and mentoring directly related to your ministry position Exploring the interdisciplinary world of Kingdom leadership, intercultural relations, and global leadership for th
