About this programme
Our Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree will give you the graduate preparation you need to become a leader in professional nursing locally, nationally, and globally while meeting humanity’s most pressing needs. There is no need to relocate, as the program has been built to fit around your working schedule and personal commitments. Whether you choose the fully online option or the blended learning option, you can complete your nursing education while you continue to work. The program has been designed to promote a community of nurse scholars and develop your professional potential. As a graduate student, you will work closely with faculty, who will help you select relevant courses to support your career goals. "TWU's MSN program has challenged me to ask critical questions rather than to simply accept the status quo in nursing." Our Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program in the School of Nursing at TWU provides you with the opportunity to engage a community of scholars, within the context of philosophical and spiritual integration. Our program will challenge you to think deeply about the values that have shaped nursing knowledge; evaluating evidence for best practice; and critically thinking about the nursing professions’ most pressing needs for developing advanced leadership skills and excellence in scholarship in practice locally, nationally, and globally. An exciting distinctive feature of our program is to participate in our health policy residency in Ottawa, Canada (our capital) to interface and learn first-hand from leaders in policy-making.
