The master’s degree programme in International Business Management (IBM) at the University of Oulu combines the education of management and international business fundamentals with responsible, growth-minded and innovative entrepreneurship. As a graduate of this programme, you will be equipped to act as a change agent in the economy and society, responding to the challenges of dynamic business environments by applying the principles of change management, sustainable leadership and growth entrepreneurship in organisational and business development.
