Development and Leadership of Nursing is a Master’s degree program for nursing professionals who want to deepen their competencies to hold existing or future expert/specialist and leadership positions and promote their career development. The Master’s degree provides the students with skills that enable them to work as developers and reformers of their work environment with the required leadership and R&D competencies.
