About this programme

Architectural Design and History – ADH is a MSc programme by Politecnico di Milano in Mantova. ADH trains students to face the global challenges of contemporary architecture by combining advanced design, technical skills and a solid humanistic approach. The UNESCO Chair “Architectural Preservation and Planning in Heritage Cities” connects Mantova to a global network of 950 universities. MANTOVARCHITETTURA festival allows students to meet the protagonists of contemporary architecture who come to Mantova as visiting lecturers and critics every spring. Mantova is part of the UNESCO Heritage list as a Renaissance capital. Students live in the beauty of such an urban heritage and benefit from the high-standard life quality of a 21st-century Italian town. Politecnico di Milano in Mantova provides students with a human-scale campus, low student-faculty ratio, fully multimedia classrooms, model making space, specialized library, and a stimulating environment where young talents grow.
