About this programme
Il corso di laurea magistrale in Mathematics intende fornire una visione moderna delle conoscenze e delle tecniche matematiche in ambito teorico ed applicativo. Gli insegnamenti sono svolti prevalentemente in inglese per favorire sia la veicolazione che lo sviluppo di competenze in ambito internazionale. Oltre al curriculum generale, erogato a Padova, sono presenti due curricula internazionali che permettono di ottenere un doppio titolo, svolgendo il secondo anno nelle sedi estere consorziate: ALGANT focalizzato su Algebra, Geometria e Teoria dei Numeri in collaborazione con varie Università tra cui Paris-Sud (Orsay), Bordeaux, Leiden, Duisburg-Essen, Concordia-Montreal; e MAPPA focalizzato su Analisi e Probabilità in collaborazione con l'Università Paris Sciences & Lettres. Nel curriculum generale vi sono vari percorsi possibili (applicativi, didattico, teorici), ed è consigliato fare qualche esperienza internazionale nell'ambito dei programmi europei Erasmus.
