About this programme

Students acquire new competencies for company management, you will learn critical creativity approach in decision making and skill to search for new knowledge. They also acquire the skill to search for regularities and wherewith — search for new ways of developing a business idea. Students participate in the realization of study programmes and carry out a real research in order to verify the formulated hypothesis and acquire the skill to demonstrate the usefulness of the new value. During the 3rd year, students acquire competence of research work, new level approach in management and new original ideas for business development stated in the doctoral thesis and proving their value for business in general both theoretically and practically. Graduates of the programme have expanded career choice in business, state and municipality institution and higher education institution, as well.
