Prerequisites

Two years’ work experience in a legal office OR In accordance with the Academy’s Recognition of Prior Learning Policy. Proficient communication skills in both English and Maltese* languages. When the study programme is expected to be delivered online: During the enrolment process, following submission of enrolment application, prospective participants will be asked to confirm that they understand to have enough digital proficiency to follow the study programme online or else opt to follow a pre award digital training session. * English-speaking learners may be exempt from Maltese requirements but must present another subject at the same level. For these learners, a TOEFL or IELTS certificate in English is also acceptable
