- An MQF Level 3 (Grade 1 – 5), IELTS Level 6.0, or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics or equivalent. A Level 6 qualification of 180 ECTS AND At least 5 years’ work experience in the industry with educational leadership responsibilities. To ensure successful engagement with the fully online Master of Education in Management and Leadership program, incoming students must possess at least a minimum level of technical and digital literacy. This includes: - The ability to effectively navigate the institutional online learning platform, use word processing software, engage in virtual communication tools (such as ZOOM), and access digital resources for research and coursework. - Students should also have reliable internet access. - Support will be provided to help students further develop their digital skills throughout the program.
