Prerequisites

 Minimum of 5 O-Levels or 2 A-Levels or equivalent minimum of MQF Level 4 of Academic Qualification or  Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a business office environment  Maturity Age set at 23 years Since this is an online course, students need to have a certain level of basic digital literacy and competence. When participating in a course,students are expected to make use of these tools: 1. Internet browser of their choice 2. Open, read and reply to emails 3. Make use of Zoom 4. Make use of Microsoft Word for their assignment 5. Submit to Turnitin Guidance will be provided with 3 and 5 above through handbooks provided by the institute. Digital Proficiency Qualification / Pre-award digital Training: Students must possess a recognized digital proficiency qualification, such as the EDCL or ICDL Online Essentials module or an equivalent certification, prior to enrolling in the course.
