- A minimum of one of the following: - A qualification in Human resources or similar at minimum level 4 (level 5 also considered), as well as an O level standard of English - Level 4 certificate in Education, as well as an O level standard of English - MATSEC certificate, as well as an O level standard of English - International applicants are to have an O level standard of English or equivalent. A proficiency test of the same standard would suffice This list is the minimum required qualifications – it does not exclude any qualification of a higher level. MISCO Consulting Ltd will also consider RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning). Any applicant that already has some form of qualifications, at the same level of higher, can apply for the RPL and be exempt from certain units (terms and conditions will apply).
