- School leaving certificate with SSC&P level 3, or O’Levels in at least two subjects of which should be English and Maths obtained at grade D or better. Or School leaving certificate and five years working experience in the role of Property Consultant or Property Broker, Estate Agent or Branch Manager. Or Upon Maturity Clause (Candidates applying with the Maturity Clause would need to provide an updated Curriculum Vitae, a copy of Jobs Plus employment sheet and a motivational letter as to why they consider themselves fit for the course)
