Entry requirements

Prerequisites

1) Diploma in Business Management pegged at MQF Level 4 or equivalent OR; 2) Matriculation certificate with at least 2 A-levels & 3-Intermediate OR; 3) RPL OR; 4) Matsec certificate with Grade 5 or better in English, Maltese and Mathematics together with a minimum of 5 years experience working within a business setting; 5) IELTS 5.5 or equivalent Entry Requirements for Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management 6) Foundation Degree in Human Resource Management (MQF 5, 120 ECTS) OR 7) Matriculation certificate with at least 2 A-levels & 3-Intermediate OR; 8) RPL 9) IELTS 6.0 or equivalent Recognition for Prior Learning: As part of its entry requirements, CMBS offers the possibility to students to apply for Recognition for Prior Learning in the case of ILM Diploma in Leadership and Management (MQF Level 5) or equivalent. ‘Equivalent’ may include but is not limited to: • The CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) • HR Qualifications from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) • Qualifications from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) • Qualifications from the Institute of Employment Studies (IES) • Qualifications from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) • HR Qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) • HR Qualifications from the Institute of Directors (IoD)
