- To be registered as regular students in the Course, applicants shall: either (a) satisfy the general requirements for admission, namely, the Matriculation Certificate and Secondary Education Certificate passes at Grade 5 or better in Maltese, English Language and Mathematics and be in possession of a pass at Advanced Matriculation Level at grade D or better in Chemistry, or (b) be in possession of the MCAST Diploma for Pharmacy Technicians, together with a pass at Advanced Matriculation Level in Chemistry, and a pass at SEC Level at grade 5 or better in Maltese, or (c) be registered as a pharmacy technician with the Pharmacy Council, and have 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a pharmaceutical setting, together with a pass at Advanced Matriculation Level at grade D or better in Chemistry.
