Language and Literature - Modern Language and Literature Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Faculty of Letters CLUJ-NAPOCA Program description Spanish Language and Literature - German Language and LiteratureThe Spanish language and literature BA program offers a curriculum comprised of courses of Spanish language (morphology, syntax, lexicology, and semantics), Spanish literature (studies chronologically from the first literary texts in the Middle Ages to the 20th century), practical courses (oral expression, grammar, translation) and optional courses meant to complete the study of the Spanish language: specialized Spanish, colloquial Spanish, South American literature and more.The specialization can be combined with German as a segment B language. The department for German studies in Cluj-Napoca is internationally recognized, where courses are taught exclusively in German. Many different projects are carried out with students and scientific conferences are organized annually. The department also has its own publication series. Students are offered a number of scholarship opportunities. In addition, the work of the nine local lecturers is supported by guest lecturers from the DAAD and the OeAD.
