Language and Literature - Modern Language and Literature Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Faculty of Letters CLUJ-NAPOCA Program description Portuguese Language and Literature - German Language and LiteratureThe Portuguese Language and Literature BA showcases the Portuguese language a global language used by the different cultures and countries. . The study of literature is completed by optional courses in which one studies the relationship with music and cinema and the linguistic disciplines are doubled by practical courses to learn Portuguese and translation courses. The specialization can be combined with German as a segment B language. The department for German studies in Cluj-Napoca is internationally recognized, where courses are taught exclusively in German. Many different projects are carried out with students and scientific conferences are organized annually. The department also has its own publication series. Students are offered a number of scholarship opportunities. In addition, the work of the nine local lecturers is supported by guest lecturers from the DAAD and the OeAD.
