Language and Literature - Modern Language and Literature Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Faculty of Letters CLUJ-NAPOCA Program description Portuguese Language and Literature - Japanese Language and LiteratureThe Portuguese Language and Literature BA showcases the Portuguese language a global language used by the different cultures and countries. . The study of literature is completed by optional courses in which one studies the relationship with music and cinema and the linguistic disciplines are doubled by practical courses to learn Portuguese and translation courses. The specialization can be combined with Japanese as a segment B language. The Japanese Language and Literature section is structured over six semesters and its aim is the study of Japanese language, literature and culture, offering both general knowledge and specialized knowledge. At the end of the three years of study, the students will have acquired the abilities needed for either postgraduate research, or a career in teaching, in the field of interpretation and translation, or in diplomacy.
