Primary and Pre-school Teacher Education Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Faculty of Letters CRAIOVA Program description The mission of the study programme Pedagogy of Preschool and Primary Education derives from the concept of professionalization for the didactic career, defined in the spirit of a holistic and flexible vision on the educational act. The mission of the programme aims:- To develop desirable professional and transveral skills for initial professionalisation for didactic career in the field of preschool and primary education;- At providing the bases of professional training for other qualifications recognized in the subfields of the educational system: educational counseling, pedagogical consulting, educational research;- Preparing students for accession to the following university cycles of the Bologna system.The curricular offer corresponds to: - National and European criteria, on professionalizing for teaching career in preschool and primary education;- Professional standards for various occupations recognized in COR: Research Assistant in pedagogy; School counselor; Counselor in education; Expert in education; School inspector; Mentor; Teacher in preschool education; Teacher in primary education; Expert reviewer in education.
