Civil, Industrial and Agricultural Constructions Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Faculty of Civil Engineering TIMIŞOARA Program description The Civil Engineering bachelor program is in an inter-disciplinary study field which forms civil engineers (designers, contractors and researchers) who have the capacity to analyse and design civil buildings (industrial, agricultural, residential) in any structural system. The knowledge necessary to the future engineers is closely connected to the market requirements and is transferred by various means:Support to develop abilities for individual study and teamwork;Oriented research within the directory lines inside the EU;Know-how, technological and scientific transfer related to production;Simulation of the interaction with the economic, administration, social and academic environments at national or international levels; Acquired competences and knowledge:1. Recognize and design of structural elements and systems specific for the graduated study program.2. Technological and economical design in erection, exploitation and maintenance works, specific for the graduated study program.3. Leadership in erection, exploitation and maintenance works, specific for the civil, industrial and agricultural buildings.4. - High school / secondary education (or higher) All applicants for bachelor’s degree programs must hold a baccalaureate or an equivalent diploma.
