Law Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Facultatea de Ştiinţe ale Educaţiei, Drept şi Administraţie Publică TÎRGU JIU Program description The graduate, Bachelor in the domain, will be able to understand and know the main concepts, institutions, principles and norms of the Romanian juridical system; to utilize the juridical language correctly; to develop competences of logical reasoning, argumentation and knowledge of the main socio-juridical phenomena; to interpret EU legislation and international law; know the relations between home legislation and EU law, as well as international. Possible occupations: judge, procurator, judicial assistant, officer of the court, actuary/ registrar, lawyer, public notary, juridical advisor, police officer, practitioner in restructuring and liquidation, mediator, specialist and public servants in the local or central public administration, expert in governmental and non-governmental institutions, researcher at the juridical institutes, diplomat.
