Management şi comunicare în inginerie Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology ORADEA Program description The mission of this study program is to ensure both the graduate labour market entry and further study in a doctoral program. The master students learn main types of economic processes and phenomena of communication, elements of microeconomics theory and practical aspects of financial and economic flow of businesses. They achieve knowledge of electrical power sources, business software, drafting and interpreting technical documentation, development and evaluation of technical flows, financial economic and business level, advanced management methods. Project and enterprise management, electrical, electronic and energy knowledge, marketing and economic agreements are also a few of their professional competences as specialists in this field. A few transversal competences they achieve are: responsibly application of principles, norms and values of professional ethics in order to achieve the goals and identify the objectives, the available resources, the steps to be done and time spent for finishing the works; the deadlines and the risks involved; identify the role and responsibility of each member of a pluri-disciplinary team; efficient work and relational techniques inside the team. It is not a join/double degree programme.
