Physical Education and Sports Training Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Physical Education and Sports Bucharest Program description The Master programme in Physical Education and Sports Training provides the general, theoretical, methodological and operational framework for understanding, extrapolating and networking the information, with the purpose of developing creative thinking and innovation in this field. The organisation of the master study programme aims to continue the training of the graduates from the bachelor study programme in Physical and Sport Education, to promote an interdisciplinary approach and provide the training of highly qualified specialists, able to meet the current criteria in this field. Moreover, the study programme ensures the development of capacities of research that are mandatory ground for PhD studies. The Master programme in Physical Education and Sports Training provides graduates with the following competencies:• dealing with the categories, concepts, theoretical notions specific to the physical education and sports training process, tanking place in varied environments and contexts; • programming, planning and scientific management of the process of physical education and sport training according to the training stages approached in field practicum; • devising strategies, programmes and plans for the optimisation of the physical education and sport activities• motor expression compatible with the requirements specific to the programme and the awareness about the effort parameters• continuing training and self-training in the specialty field• using elements of managements and marketing specific to this field.
