Engineering and Management in Food Service and Agri-Tourism Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Animal Husbandry Faculty IAŞI Program description The mission of the “Engineering and Management in Food Service and Agri-Tourism“ bachelor programme is to train engineers with deep knowledge and competencies in the quality of food raw and auxiliary materials, in the technological flows applied in catering, in the finished products obtained on industrial and small enterprise levels. The alumni possess notions on the Touristic activities management, on Human nutrition, on Sustainable and regional development etc. Throughout the achieved knowledge and developed skills, the graduates could act on various jobs, such as management, marketing, food production and promoting, tourism services, food safety and security positions.
