Food Products Control and Expertise Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Animal Husbandry Faculty IAŞI Program description The mission of the bachelor programme “Food products Control and Expertise” is to train specialists to have strong knowledge on the quality and safety of all food raw matters and finished products, of the dynamic technological flows and of their outputs from the industry level sectors, in order to keep them within the no risk and threats parameters, as demanded on the national and foreign markets. The graduates of this programme will be able to inspect the quality of the raw and auxiliary food materials, the technological processing parameters, any possible risks and defects, as well as the ways to prevent or to correct them. Such engineers control the quality and safety of the ready to eat products, the bachelor programme acting as a valuable part of the wide chain of Food safety and security, as well as a way to preserve the humankind health, today and for the future.
