About this programme

Forestry Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Faculty of Agriculture Bucharest Program description The undergraduate program in Forestry is accredited and has been operating within the Faculty of Agriculture since 2004. The mission of this degree program is to train specialists in the field of forestry for the conservation and superior valorization of the forestry fund, a problem so current and necessary for forestry in Romania today and in the future by providing specific knowledge, skills and competences. The general objectives of this study programme are also to train specialists to work in the following sectors of activity: state or private forestry offices, forestry service sectors, research and development and educational institutions, forestry consultancy, companies marketing products for phytosanitary treatments, machinery, materials and equipment used in the forestry production process, forestry product take-over/processing/valorisation units.
