Materials Science Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Faculty of Materials and Environmental Engineering CLUJ-NAPOCA Program description The programme aims at training engineers with a wide professional flexibility for various Engineering fields, as it yields from the interdisciplinary character of this study field. The future engineer acquires knowledge both about materials and about their processing technologies, being able to act for any specific application. The professional competences of graduates comprise the analysis and optimal selection of materials and their processing technology, the design of new materials for various application domains (Electronics, Medicine, Machine Building, IT, etc.), the design, management, optimization and economic analysis of technologic processes, failure analysis, etc.
