Food Products Control and Expertise Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Faculty of Sciences BAIA MARE Program description The main goal of the programme is to train highly qualified specialists in the field of food production control, both of vegetal and animal origin, in view of complying with the required quality of food, as well as in the food safety. The graduates contribute, also, to the development of profile institutions according to the EU food products performance and quality criteria.
