Petroleum and Gas Engineering Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Faculty of Petroleum and Gas Engineering PLOIEŞTI Program description The program trains specialists with technological expertise in the field of petroleum, who can work in drilling, production, drilling fluids, reservoir engineering, hydrocarbon transportation and aims to develop the following competences: coordinating and supervising drilling, production and workover processes; combining technological expertise with knowledge of economics, management and project work and examining technological solutions from the perspective of business and the society; using dedicated drilling-production software; communicating both orally and in writing and presenting the professional results in a convincing manner; evaluating risks and assuming responsibilities in oilfield activities; using and assessing technological solutions while applying the principles of ethics; working in teams. The degree is recognized worldwide.
