Economy of Commerce, Tourism and Services Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Faculty of Economic Sciences PLOIEŞTI Program description The program, which is an important one in the Faculty of Economic Sciences, aims to train specialists with a modern approach to complex economic phenomena, who can work in creation-management teams in any economic organization. The program develops the following professional competences: obtaining profit in trade, tourism, and services; marketing products and services; managing the relationships with customers and suppliers; assuring quality to obtain profit in trade, tourism and services; managing human resources. It also develops transversal competences: applying the principles, norms and values of professional ethics in the context of one's own strategy of rigorous, efficient and responsible work; identifying the roles and responsibilities in multidisciplinary teams and applying communication techniques and effective networking within the team, identifying the opportunities for lifelong learning and effectively capitalizing learning resources and techniques for one's own development.
