Romanian Language and Literature - Modern Language and Literature Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Faculty of Social and Humanistic Sciences ARAD Program description The Romanian Language and Literature – English Language and Literature Study Programme provides a highly relevant area of research and aims to train specialists in the area of philology. The Programme offers its future graduates the possibility to appropriate both professional and general philological competences. Future graduates will be able to join multidisciplinary environments, becoming specialists with well-rounded abilities in coordinating educational processes and conducting didactic activities. General Objectives:• develop theoretical and practical competences related to the area of philology• ensure a thorough level of field specific knowledge • develop competences in researching and developing didactic activities• develop knowledge necessary to investigate the surrounding environment • develop strategic partnerships with the business and industrial sector in order to facilitate graduate absorption on the European labor market Specific Objectives:- ensuring a fundamental philological training- ensuring a theoretical general level of philological knowledge - the development of specific, field related techniques - the ability to conceive, promote and conduct group projects- the ability to apply theoretical knowledge
