Romanian Language and Literature - Modern Language and Literature Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Petru Maior Faculty of Sciences and Letters TÎRGU MUREŞ Program description The Romanian language and literature-English language and literature degree program forms higher education specialists at the current level of development of national and world science and culture in Romanian and English. The mission of this program is to pursue the following objectives: -the training of specialists with higher education, in line with the current level of development of universal and national science and culture; -creating the conditions for students, in accordance with the new educational paradigm, to acquire the competencies and skills that will enable them to act appropriately and responsibly within a free, democratic state governed by the rule of law;-the formation and development of key abilities required in the graduate’s profession, both in the category of soft skills and of hard skills, engaging students in scientific research activities in order to prepare future researchers capable of meeting the standards of contemporary science, culture, and technology-encouraging members of the academic community to participate in national and international scientific research programs, as well as cultural research and development projects.
