Pedagogy Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Faculty of Letters and Sciences PLOIEŞTI Program description The undergraduates of this programme will acquire knowledge, competences and abilities in designing, developing and assessing education programs, school and career counseling programs. Their professional competences will be: designing education programs suitable for various levels and target groups; carrying out education programmes; assessing education programmes; working on group and education projects management; counseling and assisting pedagogically and psychologically various categories of people/educational groups (children/students, families, teachers, employees, etc.); developing and promoting professional practices specific to the education sciences. The following transversal competences will also be developed: applying principles and professional deontology norms based on explicit valuable options specific to the specialist in education sciences; efficient cooperation within interdisciplinary professional teams specific to projects and programmes in the field of education sciences; using lifelong learning methods and techniques for the continuous professional training and development.
