Public Administration Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Faculty of Letters and Sciences PLOIEŞTI Program description The undergraduates of this programme who train in matters concerned with public administration will be able to use concepts and fundamental principles of organization and functioning of administrative structures for the professional insertion in public and/or private institutions; to identify and apply the legal provisions regarding the administrative system, including the initiation and writing of proposals of normative and/or administrative documents; to communicate in foreign languages; to manage specific activities in the field by observing professional ethics and deontology; to identify, analyse and solve problems in the public administration, in a co-operative, flexible and efficient manner. At the same time, the following transversal competences will be developed: carrying out professional tasks on time, rigorously, efficiently and responsibly, by observing the principles of ethics and professional deontology; team-working, learning and exercising specific roles in teams, by developing interpersonal communication skills; self-evaluating the need of professional education and identifying the resources and means for personal and professional development.
