Finance and Banking Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Faculty of Economic Sciences PLOIEŞTI Program description The main professional competences developed by this programme are: proper use of concepts, theories, methods and tools of financial nature, implement specific financial operations and elaborate economic-financial situations about the activity of private and public organizations; collecting, analysing and processing data and information regarding economic and financial problems; implementing financial decisions, plans and budgets to the private and public organizations. Several transversal competences are also developed as follows: applying the principles, norms and values of professional ethics in the rigorous work`s strategy; identifying roles and responsibilities in a multidisciplinary team and applying effective work relationships` techniques within the team; identifying training opportunities and effectively capitalizing resources and learning techniques for their own development.
