Management Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Faculty of Economic Sciences PLOIEŞTI Program description The program aims to provide specialists with a system of thinking oriented towards creativity and innovation in order to be able to coordinate activities at any hierarchical level. The following professional competences are to be developed: identifying, analysing and managing elements that define the internal and external environment of the organization by diagnosis and SWOT analysis; developing and implementing organization’s strategies and policies; developing and implementing the management system and its subsystems; identifying, selecting and using techniques for forecasting, coordination and assessment; substantiating and implementing decisions for small organizations; using data, information and knowledge to apply management methods, techniques and procedures. Several transversal competences will also be developed: applying principles, norms and values of professional ethics within own strict, efficient and responsible work; identifying roles and responsibilities within a multidisciplinary team and applying techniques of relationship and efficient team-work; identifying opportunities for lifelong learning and effectively capitalizing resources and learning techniques for own development.
