Machines and Equipment for Agriculture and the Food Industry Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Faculty of Mechanical Engineering IAŞI Program description The study program is focused on the construction and operation of machines and equipment in agriculture and food industry. The curriculum comprises two years of basic technical education, in mechanical engineering and includes disciplines such as mathematics, physics, machine elements, strength of materials, heat engineering. The program continues with two years of specialization in construction and operation of the machines specific to the agro-food field. The study program aims to offer students a wide range of expertise on the design, use and maintenance for the machinery and equipment specifically of the agro-food industry. Preparing multidisciplinary enables graduates to operate in an area with great possibilities of employment, mobility and readiness for implementation of modern technical solutions.
