Automobile design and engineering project management Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Mechanical Engineering IAŞI Program description This Master program is aimed at graduates of higher technical education interested in fundamental issues related to automotive design, construction and testing. The main goal of this program is to develop professional competencies and transferable skills for quick integration of graduates into automotive conception teams.The curriculum includes a mix of theoretical courses and practical projects in engineering and project management of innovative products and services. The last semester is entirely dedicated to a long-term internship conducted at RTR and other specialized companies. Students selected for RTR internship have the opportunity to work on a complex automotive project in a multidisciplinary team, their work being coordinated by RTR tutors.Oral and written communication of ideas in a clearly and confidently manner, team work, capacity to organize and plan the work, ability to manage time effectively, to prioritize tasks and work with deadlines are the main transferable skills developed in the teaching and practical activities.The new pedagogical method, Project-Based Learning, adaptation to current requirements of employers and partnership with the only automotive engineering center in the region provides students unique career prospects.
