Economic Engineering in the field of Mechanics Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Faculty of Machine Manufacturing and Industrial Management IAŞI Program description This study program aims to prepare multidisciplinary specialists according to the industry needs, both on mechanical engineering and management fields. The first two years curriculum covers the fundamental knowledge on basic engineering, such as mathematics, physics, technical drawing, computer programming, materials technology, mechanics, mechanisms, economy, fundamentals of management and continues gradually with specialized courses related to the quality assurance and control, production and project management, financial management, logistics, resources management, fundamentals of surface generating, machine elements, machine tools, devices, computer aided manufacturing and designing, flexible systems, performance management, maintenance management, elements of law and legislation. The program will provide skills related to products manufacturing, control and operating, equipment and mechanical systems, assisted designing, implementing and improving management systems, company management and resources management, using advanced teaching techniques, experimental equipment and latest software related to mechanical designing and company’s management.
