Assessment and Real Estate Development Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Hydrotechnical Engineering, Geodesy and Environmental Engineering IAŞI Program description The aim of the university programme consists training the graduate students to assess and develop real estate properties, as well as to initiate and develop research and attend further doctoral studies in the field. The specific objectives of the " Real Estate Assessment and Development" university programme are: expanding and improving the training of civil engineers, improving the supply-demand correlation in real estate domain, increasing the economic competitiveness in the field.Through the study of this domain, the students have the possibility to understand the specific content of the real estate value, to correlate the technical and economic information of a estate property in order to determine its value at a time and physical and economic life, to determine the intervention needed to maintain operating ability.
