About this programme
Mecanica fluidelor aplicată Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Machine Manufacturing and Industrial Management IAŞI Program description The Master’s degree in APPLIED FLUID MECHANICS is preparing specialists with high level professional qualifications able to develop advanced technical applications of fluid mechanics in three priority areas of research-development-innovation: ENERGY, ENVIRONMENT and INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS.With a Master’s degree in APPLIED FLUID MECHANICS you will know:• how to use advanced analytical and numerical methods to solve engineering problems of applied fluid mechanics;• how to design and develop experimental and numerical analysis, as well as to critically assess data and draw conclusions in applied fluid mechanics;• how to develop advanced concepts and design solutions, new products, processes and methods in the following applied fluid mechanics fields: design of wind turbines, advanced aerodynamics and hydrodynamics, systems and equipment for water and air depollution, dynamics of polyphase fluids, modeling of fluid power systems, hydrodynamic processes in control devices, real-time measuring and monitoring of fluid parameters, computer aided engineering (finite element analysis, computational fluid dynamics, modeling and simulation of physical systems).
