Computer Science Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Faculty of Automatic Control and Computer Engineering IAŞI Program description The "Computer Engineering" Bachelor's degree programme ensures a thorough expertise that covers a large area in the domain of computer science and engineering, such as computer architecture and structure, microprocessor system design or algorithms and programming techniques to develop software applications. Starting from fundamentals of mathematics, physics and basic electronics, the study programme offers, on the one hand, specialized knowledge regarding the analysis and design of digital systems, computer architecture or microprocessor-based design, and on the other hand, knowledge about programming, algorithms and data structures, modelling and simulation techniques, databases, distributed and real-time systems programming, computer graphics, VLSI circuit design and testing etc. Also, the programme offers additional training related to the English language, economy and marketing.
