Entrepreneurship of Real Estate Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Civil Engineering and Building Services IAŞI Program description The present context of permanent change and development of Real Estates as potential sector for significant business, created the frame and the need for highly prepared experts in multi-disciplinary areas, capable to develop, manage and lead a business in the area of Real Estates. The Master Program addresses all that have the passion and enthusiasm to develop their own business, the power to handle the challenges and opportunities and the instruments to be successful professionals. the Lectures Curricula promotes creative and sustainable solutions, specific to real estate development, answers questions related to the development of a real estate business and prepares the Master students for for a career in real estate, project management and analysis in real estate development. The Master supports the development of a multi-disciplinary career and trains highly qualified experts, capable to successfully understand, structure and lead real estate development projects. The Program can be seen as a business incubator in real estate area focused on promoting the training necessary to develop sustainable practices in Civil Engineering.
